- Another tip for fruits and veggies is to pack an apple in your purse. If you have a commute to work, you can eat
it while you drive. A simple way to get one fruit in. Also, on the veggie side there is a ton of good vegetable
soups out there, start lunch with that. The low sodium ones aren't even that bad.
